Research on customers’ satisfactory

Evaluate on customers’ satisfactory is an important methodology to measure the enterprise operating status. In order to collect “satisfactory proportion, non-fulfill requirement, re-purchasing ratio” so we can recognize those goods which meet customers’ expectation.
