B & C's urban population survey project is a relevant urban population, demographic research systems, purchasing power of residents rating and their spatial distribution of enterprise management consulting firm for commercial enterprises in strategic planning, investment location, and optimization management system made for data acquisition and data maintenance by BFZH.

BFZH system collects the provinces, cities, districts, streets and towns, communities and even residential area of population data, and has concern for the domestic business environment, population 120 city commercial systematic investigations. For the first-tier cities and some hot commercial cities, conducted annual data updates.

The project goal: the establishment of urban population and purchasing power of the database classification and the "Population Geography Information System", for retail commercial enterprises to expand planning and management decision-making data support; data collection methods: the city streets (township), communities (administrative villages ), residential quarters for the survey objectives, government agencies and village committees headed by the main access to the object to rigorous review and logical data review for quality control - which constitute the B & C urban population and purchasing power survey the basic characteristics of the project.
